Our objective is to provide a secure platform that facilitates the sharing of personal health information, thereby contributing to improved clinical outcomes and potentially reducing healthcare costs. We envision a healthcare landscape where providers and patients can connect seamlessly to remotely track physiological conditions at any time and from any location.

The purpose of MiPHR is to empower individuals with control over their health data, fostering a collaborative approach to healthcare management that promotes healthier lifestyles.

Recognizing the rising costs associated with chronic disease management—including diabetes, hypertension, and obesity—MiPHR has developed a dedicated mobile application aimed at supporting patients diagnosed with these conditions. The app enables ongoing communication between patients and participating providers through recurring reports for remote physiological monitoring and chronic care management.

Subscription Plans (Annual, Auto-Renewing):

 <li>Premium Plan: Grants access to all features, including the ability to send reports directly to your chosen healthcare provider. Cost: $12.99 per year.</li>
 <li>Standard Plan: Provides access to all functionalities except report sharing with healthcare providers. Cost: $2.99 per year.</li>

Payment and Renewal Information:

 <li>Payments are billed to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.</li>
 <li>The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.</li>
